Privacy policy of people who visit us

GENERAL:

Introduction

  • A damage deposit of MXN 1000 is required for every guest per rooms on arrival.(One thousand mexican pesos), which will be refunded at the end of your stay once all room debts have been settled.  

Schedules

  • Breakfast served in the restaurant area during business hours 8:00 – 11:30 hrs.

  • Snack Bar available in the restaurant area during business hours 13:00 – 17:00 hrs.

  • Dinners at 19:00 – 22:00 hrs.

    • Dress code for dinner hours: casual – beach, (no swimsuits, no swimming outings)

  • open bar 12:00 – 22:30 hrs.

  • Room Service for all-inclusive plan 12:00 – 21:00 hrs. with a cost of $200°° per event.

  • open pool 8:00 – 19:00 hrs.

 

  • Dinner roll from Monday to Sunday (Starting November 15, 2023)

    • Monday: Sea and Land

    • Tuesday: Italian

    • Wednesday: Oaxacan

    • Thursday: International

    • Friday: Italian

    • Saturday: Oaxacan

    • Sunday: International

The meals are subject to occupancy to be set up buffet style, or the client may have the option of choosing from the menus stipulated by the hotel, with prior reservation, thus guaranteeing the all-inclusive plan within the previously mentioned times, but not obliged to set up a buffet as part of the service.

  • The use of Drones is prohibited within the hotel and surrounding areas; as a method of protecting the privacy of our guests.

  • Requests not made at the time of reservation are subject to availability.

  • If a later departure or arrival prior to the scheduled time is required, an Early check in or Late check out charge will be generated, subject to availability.

  • The entry of food or drinks that are not purchased in our consumption centers is not allowed. Avoid being removed when detected.

  • It is not allowed to lower speakers, loudspeakers or audio devices into the restaurant and pool areas.
